  • Internet or other electronic network activity information including, but not limited to: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, access times, and referring website addresses;

  • Site interaction data, such as pages visited, features used, and session duration;

  • Cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or other tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) used for analytics, personalization, and security.

 Information from Third Parties:

  • Data from publicly available sources or third-party verification services;

  • Information provided by business partners, affiliates, or data brokers, subject to their respective privacy practices.

2. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (EU/EEA USERS)

  • To generate KYD Trust Scores™, we process developer-specific public and third-party data, including identity signals, professional affiliations, and contribution metadata. When a KYD Standard™ or KYD Enterprise™ evaluation is initiated, the requesting party must confirm they have obtained appropriate consent or have a lawful basis for review, in accordance with applicable data protection laws;

  • To operate, maintain, administer, and improve the Site and associated services;

  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

  • To prevent fraud, security breaches, and misuse of services;

  • To comply with legal obligations or requests from governmental authorities;

  • To conduct research, analytics, and reporting;

  • To send transactional emails, service announcements, or marketing communications, subject to your preferences;

  • To enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.

4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:
