To generate KYD Trust Scores™, we process developer-specific public and third-party data, including identity signals, professional affiliations, and contribution metadata. When a KYD Standard™ or KYD Enterprise™ evaluation is initiated, the requesting party must confirm they have obtained appropriate consent or have a lawful basis for review, in accordance with applicable data protection laws;
To operate, maintain, administer, and improve the Site and associated services;
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
To prevent fraud, security breaches, and misuse of services;
To comply with legal obligations or requests from governmental authorities;
To conduct research, analytics, and reporting;
To send transactional emails, service announcements, or marketing communications, subject to your preferences;
To enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.
4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
